Detroit Red Wings captain Dylan Larkin has submitted a list of three teams he would waive his no-trade clause for and the Montreal Canadiens are not on it. That and a variety of other reasons is why my colleague Nick Lariviere believes, if he becomes available on the NHL trade market, the Canadiens should target New Jersey Devils captain Nico Hischier.
