Liveblog: Cole Caufield still looking for 50th goal, Canadiens trail Devils 1-0

The Montreal Canadiens (45-21-10) may have already clinched a playoff berth earlier today, but they can still make moves in the standings with a win over the New Jersey Devils (39-34-3) Sunday at the Bell Centre.

• The Canadiens punched their ticket to the Stanley Cup playoffs earlier today when the Detroit Red Wings lost to the Minnesota Wild.
• The Habs and Devils played each other last night. The Canadiens won 4-3 on the road in a shootout and reached 100 points on the season in the process.
• Forward Cole Caufield scored in said shootout on Saturday, but is still looking for his 50th goal on the season.
• Jacob Fowler will start in goal with Jakub Dobes backing him up. Otherwise no lineup changes from Saturday.
