- According to Renaud Lavoie, defenceman Kaiden Guhle is set to miss the start of the season, as he is still recovering from an off-season surgery. - Even though Lavoie believes the injury may keep Guhle out of action until November, Arpon Basu suggests the defenceman will be available much earlier.
