Habs fans will be seeing less of Pierre Houde this season
Well that sucks.
Quebecor finally made its long-term deal with Rogers for National Hockey League games and the sound you’re hearing across Quebec is a collective sigh of disappointment from Habs fans who are realizing they’ll be getting a lot less Pierre Houde this coming season.
Under the new deal, Quebecor will nab the national French-language rights to 32 of the 84 Habs games, up from 22 games under the previous agreement. The deal is for the next 12 seasons. No financial details were disclosed.
