Montreal Canadiens center Nick Suzuki had a fantastic 2025-26 season. In 82 games with the Habs this past campaign, he recorded 29 goals, 72 assists, 101 points, and a plus-37 rating. Due to his excellent play, he took home the Selke Trophy.

Now, Suzuki is heading into the 2026-27 season with the hope of building off his career year. When looking at how excellently he played last season, the possibility of him hitting 100 points again this campaign if he stays healthy is undoubtedly there.

Suzuki has only been getting with each season that passes, so it would not be surprising if he manages to hit another new level this campaign for Montreal.

If Suzuki can hit 100 points again this season while continuing to play elite defensively, it would be huge for a Canadiens club that wants to be true contenders in 2026-27. Due to this, there is no question that the Habs captain is a big player to watch this season.
