“It’s hard to say just one thing, but I think the hunger, the hungriness of the group and the will to want to get better,” Dobson said. “I think each guy is highly motivated on a day-to-day basis to get better on an individual basis and as a team basis. If you watch our practices, I feel like the compete’s always high, we’re always pushing each other and guys are always out there early, staying after, working on their game — which is important, I think, to have that drive and hunger in the group. I think it pushes everyone and, at the same time, we have fun, too.
