Hockey News’s, latest issue, was an interesting one because, Ryan, you went around- Mm-hmm and ranked the top 100 players in the league, and I was part of those discussions, and they were heated at times.

Oh, yeah.
Because th- there’s some s- players that you just assume, all right, they should be on the list, who I think fans are gonna be surprised are not on the list.
Uh- Mm-hmm I don’t wanna spoil too much.
I don’t even wanna say who number one is, because that’s the point of picking up the magazine, which you need to do.
But, let’s take a few examples out of that top 100 list and play a little game of This or That.
So, Lane Hutson was ranked 26th.
Marty Necas was ranked 31st.
Ryan, this or that, who would you rather have right now of those two players?
Ooh, I’m, I’m gonna go Lane Hutson, but it’s, it, it’s a tricky one because you got a defenseman versus a forward.

And they’re both incredibly dynamic.
But I just feel, yeah, Hutson with what he’s been able to accomplish in such short-term time, I’ll, I’ll go with him.
How about you, Drew?
Hutson or Necas?
One’s a defenseman, one’s a scoring winger.
Yeah.
I, I agree and I always use this in like the Makar, MacKinnon debate because I think at the forward position, like there’s other players at MacKinnon I would take.
I mean Eichel, Matthews, I mean McDavid.
But there’s just not that many dynamic defensemen in the league, so as a result of that I take Hutson.
