Despite some shaky goaltending and several injuries, the Canadiens were battling for first place in the Atlantic Division heading into the second half of the season and were in the top 10 in the overall NHL standings as the youngest team in the league.

With that in mind, should Martin St. Louis be in the running for the Jack Adams Award this season as the NHL’s top coach?
